Reiki 101
Reiki Defined Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy healing modality that creates deep relaxation, relieves pain, and balances mind, body, and spirit. The word “Reiki” is Japanese, meaning universal (“rei”) life force energy (“ki”). The Japanese word “ki” is synonymous with “prana”, “qi”, and “chi”. Rei means universal, or omnipresent (present everywhere at the same time).
