A few months ago, my friend and life coach Carolyn (founder of ReDefine Coach) approached me about co-facilitating a women’s retreat with her. Carolyn co-founded SOULstice Retreats in 2014, which has since evolved into what is now SOULsisters Retreat!

I’m very happy to be co-facilitating this event, and presenting one of my own workshops: Crystal Healing 101! This will be a fun, informative 2-hour talk on the basics of crystal healing and is perfect for budding crystal enthusiasts and total newbies.
